“We rented a house from Real Property Management Lakeview in Feb. 2020. The transaction was handled very professionally. They alleviated any concerns we had regarding the property and answered questions we had about the community amenities. If they were not sure of the answer, they found out immediately and let us know. We have been in the house for 5 months now and we receive an occasional email asking us if everything is OK. I appreciate that they do not schedule "walkthroughs" or make unexpected visits. They came out and changed the AC filter in the attic recently, but did not ask to enter the house as all they needed to do was go into the attic, which was accessible through the garage. PLUS, they even asked me if I needed help lifting any items I was planning to put into the attic while they had the attic open! They are such nice guys!!!
